Preparing for Baby

Having a baby in these times is the biggest honor ever as your child is coming into this world with an unimaginable level of understanding and creativity. Congratulations! You are indeed special and truly blessed! I would love to accompany you on your journey of creation. 

​

Parents rarely have access to the ongoing support they need for a life-changing event as miraculous as the birth of a child. As an intuitive guide, I will be there for you by phone call or video chat. I will be a steady cheerleader for you and your child.

 

Yes, life is going to change! There are going to be so many beautiful memories as well as a lot of unknowns, too. In the midst of excitement and joy, it is absolutely normal for other emotions to surface. I'd be honored to guide you through your fear, doubt and even panic that arises. You will feel the safe space I hold for for you. Releasing unwanted worries and replacing them with trust will create an ease throughout your body and baby will feel it. Whatever stage you are in now, let's begin today to create the experiences you want with your baby.

Sessions will be individually tailored to expectant mothers and fathers, siblings, grandparents and extended family. It is most helpful to have all of those involved in baby's life on the same page. In my sessions, these are a sample of a few areas that we can address:

  • Connecting with your baby on a deep level before she/he arrives

  • Creating the best possible mindset for the delivery

  • Listening to what your baby is already communicating

  • Preparing a sacred home of unconditional love

  • Asking for what you need

  • Releasing fears, doubt, worry or panic

  • Sibling or pet adjustment to a new baby

  • Navigating relationship changes with your partner/spouse

  • Supporting an easy transition for baby and parents

  • Any areas where you would like guidance
