1. Any information you receive from any and all communication or consultations with Darlene Marie Piane or via the The Soul Speaker website is for guidance purposes only and is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Darlene will not accept responsibility for any decisions made or actions taken by anyone based upon consultations or communications with her, or based upon the information contained within the The Soul Speaker website. The choices you make and the actions you take are solely your responsibility. You agree to completely hold blameless and absolutely indemnify, Darlene Marie Piane and The Soul Speaker. For legal reasons, I am required to advise you that readings are for entertainment purposes only.
2. Fees for services will be collected prior to sessions. Credit card payments are accepted in person and online. Cash payment may be made in person only. No personal checks are accepted. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give Darlene as much notice as possible so she can fill your space and reschedule your session. If adequate notice is not given, you may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee. Once payments have been processed, no refunds will be offered although a name change for a paid session will be allowed. In the event Darlene would need to cancel your scheduled session, she will do her best to reschedule your session as soon as possible. If for any reason, she is unable to reschedule your service, advance payment received will be promptly refunded.
3. Any and all correspondence, informational/educational materials, photographs, and video and audio recordings between yourself and Darlene are intended for the purposes of your scheduled sessions and services only. Copyright laws and confidentiality agreements apply. You agree that you will not share, publish, copy, display, archive or distribute any of the aforementioned without prior written consent from The Soul Speaker, Darlene Marie Piane.
4. As a psychic medium, Darlene is a messenger. The messages she receives are coming to her from another realm and 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. She is acting as a conduit and will relay the messages to the best of her abilities.
5. Darlene will not schedule sessions for anyone under 18 years of age without written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
6. You fully understand that fee payment is acknowledgement that you are acting of your own free will and have read and agree to this legally binding disclaimer and all stated terms of service.
